Single Barrel Estate Pinot Noir 2023

The grapes for our 2023 Single Barrel Estate Pinot Noir were handpicked from our estate vineyard, marking the release of our first-ever single-barrel wine.

This exclusive wine was crafted using the finest parcels of fruit from our vineyard, which is planted on ancient red Cambrian soils. These soils impart a unique character to the fruit, contributing to the wine’s depth and complexity. A cooler growing season enhanced the aromatic profile, delivering a fruit-forward wine with a vibrant bouquet on the nose. Expect enticing aromas of cherry blossom and ripe raspberry. The palate reveals layers of juicy red cherry complemented by subtle earthy undertones, supported by a silky texture and gentle tannins.

The wine spent 18 months maturing in a single 3-year-old French oak barrel, allowing the fruit character to shine while developing complexity and balance. Unfined and unfiltered, this Pinot Noir maintains its purity and is vegan-friendly.
