Macedon Ranges Pinot Noir 2020

The grapes for our 2020 Macedon Ranges Pinor Noir were sourced from a vineyard located in Woodend. The 1-hectare plot is situated in the 600-700 elevation range, it is north facing, with friable volcanic soils. 

Due to Macedon Ranges being a cooler climate region our 2020 Macedon Ranges Pinot Noir is more delicate and light bodied. This wine was aged in 25% new French oak, creating a more textured wine, with red fruit flavours including strawberry and raspberry.

• Single clone and single vineyard: MV6 clone 
• 15% whole bunch  
• 25% new French oak 
• Wild yeast ferment, basket pressed
• Production: 850 litres
• Minimum Sulphites added
